View Child Company specific usage data over time with the introduction of user count details for MSSP partners.
This feature allows MSP Owners to access detailed invoice information directly from the invoices list, offering a streamlined process for monitoring usage trends and managing billing effectively.
By accessing the MSP settings -> invoices and clicking on the "Download Details" button next to each invoice, admins will get a CSV file including the # of seats billed per each company for that billing period.
Note: Customers using the Symbol API can also get this information by using the /invoices/ endpoints.
User counts can fluctuate on a month-by-month basis for companies, and this detail should allow MSPs great detail into the specific user counts of each of their customers.
This view will not be available for invoices prior to the April 2024 billing/usage period.
