Why users are not receiving phishing emails?
There are a couple of reasons why emails are not delivered. Take a look at them and see if that's your case:
- Undeliverable Emails: When adding new users to the app, we validate if they can receive emails. If not, they are marked as "Undeliverable. Visit this article for further information.
- Forgot to Whitelist Symbol IPs: This is the most common cause of not receiving Symbol phishing emails, and this is the first thing you need to do as an admin before running your first campaign, because all phishing emails will be sent to the spam folder by default. - Emails Bounced: Sometimes, when the emails can't be delivered, they are marked as "Bounced", you need to check the events and see if that's your case. If you note this is happening frequently, contact our support team, and we will be pleased to help you.
