Why users are not receiving phishing emails?
Print Created by: Cristian PelaezThere are a couple of reasons why emails are not delivered. Take a look at them and see if that's your case:
- Forgot to Whitelist Symbol IPs: This is the most common cause of not receiving Symbol phishing emails and this is the first thing you need to do as an admin before running your first campaign because all phishing emails will be sent to the spam folder by default. - Opt-In Feature: this could be another reason why emails are not being delivered. If you are making use of the Opt-In feature, you need to check that your users are not being marked as Opt-Out, if they are marked as opt-out then the phishing emails will not be delivered. - Emails Bounced: Sometimes when the emails can't be delivered they are marked as "Bounced", you need to check that events and see if that's your case, if you note this is happening frequently contact our support team and we will be pleased to help you.
