Why some users were not added when importing a CSV?

When you're trying to import a CSV file using the option "Only add new users" but you already have one or more of those users registered in your company, Symbol will immediately verify if they already exist in the database and will ignore them in order to don't create duplicated users.



If your intention is to update those users instead of ignoring them, then you need to choose the option "Update/Replace Roster" before uploading the CSV file.
