      What is a Placeholder tag?

      Placeholders is the best way to send customized emails to your employees. Most of our public templates includes the following Placeholder tags: 

      • {{user.Email}}
      • {{user.FirstName}}
      • {{user.LastName}}
      • {{user.Title}}

      When delivering emails to your employees, Symbol automatically replace those placeholders with the information of your employees. It's a way to make the user feel more confident with the email.
