User Limit on Yearly Subscriptions
Learn how to manage your subscription if your company has reached the user limit.
As part of our policy for companies with yearly subscriptions, we have implemented a restriction on adding additional users beyond the contracted seat limit.
When a company reaches this limit, a notification banner will appear in the users' list, prompting administrators to update their subscriptions by increasing the number of contracted seats.
Adjacent to the banner, a convenient "Update Subscription" button is available for easy access. Clicking on this button will instantly redirect owner admins to a dedicated portal where they can seamlessly upgrade the number of seats on their own, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
Note: It’s important to clarify that this user limit only applies to end customers with yearly subscriptions. So MSP companies don't have this limitation.
