Step-by-Step Workflow
1. Symbol Submits a Schedule Approval Request

Based on company needs, Symbol submits a schedule approval request via the Symbol Security App, including the month(s) requiring approval.

The request targets the relevant Company Program Stakeholder(s) for review.
- Each selected month's status changes to "Pending for Approval".
2. Program Stakeholder(s) Receive Notification

The designated Program Stakeholder(s) receive a notification indicating the month(s) requiring approval.
- Only the recipients with access to the Symbol Platform can approve requests.
3. Stakeholders Review the Schedule

The Program Stakeholder(s) log in to the Symbol platform and review the submitted schedule.
