Program Corrective Workflows

Corrective Workflows enable admins to define automated training assignments based on specific user events within the platform. These workflows help enforce compliance, reinforce best practices, and ensure users receive necessary training.

The Corrective Workflow feature is available for companies with Awareness Training enabled and can be configured at the Company Program level by navigating to a specific company > Program > Corrective Workflows.

Supported Trigger Events
Currently, administrators can create Corrective Workflows for the following events:

  1. When Users Click on Any Simulation Template

    • Triggers when a user interacts with any simulation template.

    • Admins can assign mandatory training with a due date per asset.

  2. User Clicks on any Simulation Template More Than Once in a Month

    • Detects repeated interactions with simulation templates within a 30-day period.

    • Admins can also enforce additional training with a due date per asset.

How to Set Up a Corrective Workflow

  1. Navigate to a specific Company > Program > Workflows.

  2. Click + New Workflow.

  3. Select the trigger event:

    • "When users click on any simulation template"

    • "When users click on any simulation template more than once during a month"

  4. Configure the training assignment:

    • Select the required training course(s).

    • Set a due date (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, etc.).

  5. Save the workflow.

Note: You can add as many workflows as you want, but for now, only 2 actions are available. We're planning to add more actions in the near future.

Corrective Workflows Reporting

  • From the Assignments view, you can see and filter which assignments were triggered by a corrective workflow.

  • Boardroom Reports also include "Corrective" as the training source when an assignment is triggered from your Corrective Workflow conditions.

  • Activity Log will register any assignment executed through a Corrective Workflow, as well as any update made to the conditions.

Additional Notes:

  • Corrective workflows capture events from different sources, such as Campaigns, Program Schedule, and others.
  • Ensure you're not duplicating assignments with other features like Mandatory Content, Smart Training, or manual assignments.
  • Assignments are delivered after 30 minutes of the click action.
  • User assignments are limited to one per corrective workflow in order not to duplicate assignments.
