Take advantage of automated compliance by enabling the “Assessments For Policies” feature within your company settings. With this option activated, the platform will instantly generate a dedicated assessment for every new policy document you create, streamlining your policy management process and reinforcing security best practices.
Once these assessments are generated, you’ll find them in Library > Assessments, ready for your approval. Only after you review and approve each assessment will it become active, allowing you to maintain control over policy compliance standards.
Each assessment is directly linked to its corresponding policy document. Every time a user signs the policy, the system will automatically assign the active assessment to them. This ensures every employee not only acknowledges your policy but can also demonstrate their understanding, strengthening both regulatory compliance and organizational security posture.
