Learn how to track the completion of essential onboarding steps when adding new companies to Symbol.
The Customer Onboarding workflow is a crucial process that ensures a smooth transition for new companies added to the app. It allows MSP or Company admins to indicate the completion of essential steps, allowing the status of all onboarding tasks to be visibly tracked.
With this new feature, both admins and Symbol have the ability to monitor the progress of various critical steps, including but not limited to:
- Organizing Kickoff Meetings to establish expectations and goals.
- Whitelisting IPs to ensure secure access to the app.
- Setting up accounts to enable users to start using the platform.
- Integrating necessary tools and systems for seamless operation.
- And other essential tasks that are vital for successful onboarding.
It is important to note that the onboarding steps will be visible for all new companies added after the release, providing this tracking capability for every Company.
Please note, if you choose not to leverage this feature, you can simply click on the 'Complete All' button on the top right and it will automatically mark all tasks complete, permanently removing the Customer Onboarding Tracker.
