Managing User Reminders Frequency

Administrators have the option to decide exactly when users receive their reminder notifications! Learn how to configure it from your admin portal.

This new company setting gives administrators complete control over the frequency (how often) and the timing (when exactly) these reminders are sent out. This means they can choose times that work best for their team and avoid sending reminders when users are unlikely to see them (like late at night or on the weekend).

How to Change the Reminder Schedule

To set this up, an administrator just needs to:

  1. Navigate to a specific Company.
  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Click on Notifications.

In this section, they will be able to:

  • Pick the specific days of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) when reminders should be sent.

  • Choose a time range (for example, between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM) for the delivery.

  • Save Changes

The Default Setting

To get you started, the reminders are set by default to go out:

  • Days: Every Monday.

  • Time: Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM (EDT).

These reminders let users know about pending (things they need to do soon) or overdue (things they should have finished already) assignments.

This new control should help the team stay on top of their work without getting notifications at inconvenient times!
