Manage Leaderboard Categories

Enable Cyber Champs/Leaderboard to engage your users in friendly competition by comparing their performance within specific categories/groups.

To further customize the user experience on the Cyber Champs/Leaderboard filters from the User Portal, MSP Owners have the flexibility to define the list of User Categories that will be displayed. If the Leaderboard feature has not been activated yet, simply access the MSP portal, navigate to the details of a specific company, and click on the "Features" tab. From there, locate the Leaderboard feature and click on "Activate" to enable it.

Once the leaderboard is activated, users will initially see the Cyber Champ list filtered by everyone in the company by default. However, MSP Owners can enhance this by clicking on the "Manage Categories" link to specify the list of User categories available for filtering. Owners can opt to include "All Categories" or select up to 20 individual categories for users to filter by.

It's important to note that the selected categories will only be visible to users who belong to those specific categories. If a user does not belong to any category, the default option will display as "Everybody".

This level of customization allows MSP Owners to tailor the user experience and ensure that users can easily filter and view the information most relevant to them.
