Managing Company Products (MSP & vCISOs)

Activate and Deactivate company-specific features/products with a single click.

Symbol Security allows MSP admins to manage the list of products that a company will use.

These products can be managed by navigating to the company details page from the Command Center (Previous MSP portal) and accessing the details page of a specific company.

This is the list of products/features that can be activated/deactivated:

  • Training Courses
  • Domain and Email Threat Alerting
  • Cyber Threat Surveillance
  • Policy PRO
  • Leaderboard (User Portal)

Remember: the list of products/features might vary depending on your subscription(s), and any activation might impact your billing.

IF you're a vCISO admin,  managing company products is not available. It'll be required to contact Symbol to upgrade companies' products.
