We want to inform you about an upcoming change to our platform’s training features.
Effective December 2025, Symbol Security will no longer support Long Campaigns and Curriculums. As part of this transition, we are introducing the Company Program, a more sophisticated and streamlined way to train users across one or multiple companies.
🆕 Why Switch to Company Programs?
Company Programs offer powerful capabilities that go beyond traditional Long Campaigns:

Simplified Management Across Companies: Use Program Templates to easily manage training across multiple organizations.

Advanced Assignment Options: Assign multiple training assets (e.g., Phishing Simulations, Threat Simulations, Training Modules) to specific groups or departments.

Mandatory Content Support: Automatically assign key training assets or policies to new users upon onboarding.

Dynamic Personalization: Simulations can now use Dynamic Variables to replace content with real company data, improving relevance and effectiveness.
📅 Key Dates to Remember:

September 30, 2025: You will no longer be able to create new Long Campaigns.

December 2025: Full deprecation of Long Campaigns and Curriculums.
We highly encourage you to begin transitioning your training schedules and converting existing curriculums into Program Templates as soon as possible.
