Managing multiple companies and groups within our platform has always been a complex task for MSP (Managed Service Provider) admins. Navigating through different sections, jumping from one company to another, or shifting focus from one group to another can be time-consuming and tedious. To streamline this process, we are excited to introduce the Global Search feature on the MSP portal.
The Global Search feature is designed to enhance your productivity by providing a centralized search capability. This powerful tool allows MSP admins to quickly and efficiently search across all assets, including companies and groups managed by them, from a single search bar.
How to Use Global Search

Accessing Global Search:
There are 2 ways to access the global search:
- From your MSP portal, you will find the Global Search bar prominently located at the top-right side of the app header.
- From your MSP portal, use the shortcut ⌘+K (on Mac) or Ctrl+K (on Windows) and you can quickly access the Global Search.

Performing a Search:
- Start typing the name of the company or group you are looking for.
- As you type, a list of matching results will appear in real-time.

Navigating Results:
- Select the desired company or group from the search results.
- You will be immediately redirected to the selected entity's page, saving you valuable time.
From the global search, you can also jump to the Knowledge Base and Customer Portal.
