      Downloading Symbol Security Training Assets

      Follow this guide to learn how to download training assets from the app and upload them into your own Learning Management System (LMS).

      Symbol Security provides training assets to help customers enhance their cybersecurity awareness programs. These assets are designed for easy integration into your existing Learning Management System (LMS) in SCORM 1.2 format. Whether you're an MSP partner managing multiple clients or a standalone customer, this guide will walk you through the download process, licensing terms, and support policies.

      Download Steps

      For MSP Partners

      1. Log in to the Symbol Security app.

      2. Navigate to Training > Assets.

      3. Locate the download icon (↓) next to eligible assets.

      4. Click to download the .zip file.

      For Standalone Customers

      1. Log in to the Symbol Security app.

      2. Navigate to Library > Training Assets.

      3. Locate the download icon (↓) next to eligible assets.

      4. Click to download the .zip file.

      Once you have clicked the icon, click on "Download" from the confirmation modal.

      Support Limitations

      • Symbol provides SCORM files as-is and does not support LMS-specific configurations.

      • If SCORM files malfunction, email support@symbolsecurity.com with:

        • LMS error logs

        • Screenshots

        • Detailed description

      • General LMS integration guidance is available upon request.

      • Updated or replacement SCORM files require a support request.

      • Custom SCORM modifications may incur additional costs.

      Licensing & Compliance

      • Training assets are licensed only for the duration of an active contract.

      • Files must not be shared externally.

      • If the contract ends or is not renewed:

      Expiration Policy

      • All downloaded assets expire after 365 days.

      • Expired assets cannot be previewed by your users.

      • Contact support for extension requests.
