Difference Between Private and Public Templates

What's the difference between Public and Private Templates?

Templates are used to train your users about possible phishing attacks. There are two types of templates in Symbol, Public and Private.

Symbol provides you a list of public templates for the most used tools in the web, you can find them by navigating to the Templates tab. Public templates are accessible by all the companies that have a membership with Symbol. But Private templates are only accessible by the companies that requested them.

That means that your company can have customized private templates that are not reflected in our public library. If you want to request a private template for your company, reach out us to suppor@symbolsecurity.com
