✨ Data-Driven Program Generation

This automation transforms the program setup process, allowing administrators to quickly generate a solid program that they can then easily review and adjust.

Our platform introduces Data-Driven Program Generation, a powerful feature that makes creating program schedules faster and easier for individual companies, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Virtual CISOs (vCISOs). Instead of building programs from scratch, this feature uses your company's specific profile and content needs to quickly draft a specialized program schedule.

How It Works

The feature's main function is simple: it takes key company information and content choices, and uses them to automatically build a relevant and effective program that you can review, approve, or re-generate if needed.

For Individual Companies (Company Program Schedule)

This workflow is designed for administrators managing a single company's program, providing a simple, step-by-step generation process:

1. Go to Program Schedule: Start by going to the Program Schedule view for the company you want to set up.

2. Start Generation: Click the "✨Generate" button. This starts the program creation process.

3. Confirm Program Details: A window will pop up asking you to check or fill in the necessary details for generation.

   • Company Preferences: This includes key details like Industry, applicable Compliance Frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001), Company Size, your Preferred Email Platform, and others.

     • Auto-fill Note: If these details are already saved in the company's Company Settings > Information, they will be automatically filled in for you.

   • Content Preferences: Define how you want the content delivered. This covers Content Frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly), the Number of Simulations/Assets to include, the Starting Month for the program, and the Estimated Duration.

4. Confirm Generation: When everything looks right, click the "Generate" button in the window.

5. Running in the Background: The application will start building the program schedule in the background. You can keep working in the app, and a banner will appear in the Program Schedule view once it’s done.  

6. Review and Decide: The drafted program will now show up. Review the automatically generated schedule and its proposed content. You have three choices:

   • Deny: Throw out the generated program and begin again.

   • Approve: Accept the program as it is, or with minor changes you'll make later.

   • Re-Generate: Run the generation process again to get a new version, perhaps after updating some of the input details or preferences.

7. Approval & Edits: Once approved, the content is placed directly into the Program Schedule view. From here, you have complete control to change, add, or remove any part of the program, making sure it perfectly fits the company's needs.

For MSPs and vCISOs (Command Center Portal)

MSPs and vCISOs have a similar, enhanced tool designed for managing many clients. This lets them generate high-level program templates quickly.

1. Access Command Center: Go to the Command Center portal.

2. Access your templates: Navigate to Library > Program Templates List

3. Start Template Generation: Find and click the "✨Generate" button.

4. Set Template Scope: The generation window for MSPs/vCISOs has more options:

   • You can select multiple options for Industries and Preferred Email Platforms. This allows you to build templates that work for several different client types.

   • Other content preferences (frequency, # of assets, etc.) will be available, just like the individual company workflow.

5. Generate and Change: After the template is generated, MSP/vCISO administrators can review and make changes to the template before saving it. This allows for immediate fine-tuning to create a very useful base template.

6. Save Template: Once you are happy with the result, save the template to be used later with many client companies, speeding up their program setup.

This Data-Driven Program Generation feature eliminates the effort of starting program creation from a blank slate. By intelligently using company information and admin preferences, it drafts a high-quality, relevant program schedule in minutes. This allows administrators—whether at a single company or managing multiple clients as an MSP/vCISO—to spend less time on initial setup and more time on reviewing and perfecting the content.
