Admin/User Profile

The profile page of admins/users allows them to manage multiple configurations related to their accounts, such as personal information, password, notifications, and more...

Accessing the Profile Page

By clicking the arrow icon next to the users' avatar/profile picture, the app shows a dropdown menu with multiple options. Both admins and users can click on the "View Profile" option to access their personal space where they can manage important details such as:

  • Personal information (first name, last name, and email address).
  • Password & Security (Change password, enable MFA like OTP or Auth apps).
  • Manage notifications (Ability to manage both admin and user notifications separately).
  • Portals Access (From here you can jump to both the Admin and User Portal)

If you're an owner of an MSP/vCISO account, you will be able to manage other admin's information.


By going to the Command Center (Previous MSP portal) and clicking on the "Admins" item from the left sidebar, you will be redirected to the list of admins, by clicking on their names you can also manage information for other admins, such as:

  • Personal Information (first name, last name, email)
  • Change their Password
  • Generate a reset password link
  • Manage access to companies
  • Notifications
  • Delete Account
